You agree to contact us at least 24 hours in advance of when you would like to take your cruise. Cruise dates and times are subject to change without notice due to weather, mechanical, or other operational problems. Ticket holders can reschedule or will be entitled to a refund if a cruise is canceled due to one of those issues. Ticket holders are not entitled to a refund if the cruise is delayed but still sails on the original scheduled date.
Ticket holders who arrive late, after the cruise has departed, or do not show up on their scheduled cruise date and time or call to cancel within two hours of your departure time, will be allowed to reschedule but are not entitled to a refund.
If you are bringing an infant(s) you must notify us when confirming your reservation or you may not be allowed to board.
