Ticket holders can reschedule or will be entitled to a refund if a cruise is canceled due to one of those issues. Ticket holders are not entitled to a refund if the cruise is delayed but still sails on the originally scheduled date. Ticket holders who arrive late, after the cruise has departed, do not show up on their scheduled cruise date and time, or call to cancel within two hours of their departure time, will be allowed to reschedule but are not entitled to a refund. Rain check Tickets are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. If you are bringing an infant(s) you must notify us when booking or you may not be allowed to board.
