If you purchase your tickets online please contact us 24 hours in advance of when you would like to take your cruise. Departure times change daily due to the season, weather, and other conditions. This will ensure you will have the most up-to-date schedule and we will schedule your cruise at that time.
PLEASE READ: Departure times vary due to weather and season. For your convenience try to make reservations one day in advance so you will know the current departure times. If you make reservations and wish to cancel you must contact us two hours prior to your scheduled cruise.

Cruise dates and times are subject to change without notice due to weather, mechanical, or other operational problems. Ticket holders can reschedule or will be entitled to a refund if a cruise is canceled due to one of those issues. Ticket holders are not entitled to a refund if the cruise is delayed but still sails on the originally scheduled date. Ticket holders who arrive late, after the cruise has departed, do not show up on their scheduled cruise date and time, or call to cancel within two hours of their departure time, will be allowed to reschedule but are not entitled to a refund. Rain check Tickets are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. If you are bringing an infant(s) you must notify us when booking or you may not be allowed to board.
